This event is for adoptive\, guardianship\, foster\, kinship\, and reunified families. We will have the Imaginarium rented exclusively for our group. If 3 or more late cancellations or no-shows occur within a six-month period\, the household’s event registrations in the following six months will default to a waitlist. \n \nThis event is limited to Wisconsin residents impacted by adoption or out-of-home care and their immediate household.

SUMMARY:Family Night Out at the Children's Imaginarium: Wausau
DESCRIPTION:Registration for this event is required on Eventbrite.\n\n\nJoin the Wisconsin Family Connections Center for an evening of play and exploration! We will have the Children’s Imaginarium for 2 hours to ourselves\, as well as the gallery space for families to sit and hang out together. Pizza and water/lemonade/soda will be provided for families to enjoy. To learn more about Children’s Imaginarium check out their website here: https://childrensimaginarium.org/ \nWhen you arrive at the Children’s Imaginarium\, you will enter a long driveway and park along it. Doors will be open at 5:00 pm. Families should plan to arrive between 5 pm and 5:15 pm to check in and ensure your family has enough time to play and eat. \nThis event would be a great opportunity to invite your child’s birth/first family or previous foster family. We understand this may not work for all family dynamics\, but encourage you to consider it. We hope to create an opportunity for children to have all their loved ones in one location whenever possible and create positive memories together.
