The Wisconsin Family Connections Center now has an online book club to help individuals come together\, laugh\, learn\, and feel less alone. Whether you are a foster\, adoptive\, or kinship caregiver – this group is for you! \nPlease join us for a series of relaxed evenings (virtual) to share reflections\, connections\, and conversations as we read through: Sisters in the Wind by Angeline Boulley. \nThis online book club will meet every other week beginning May 11th. \nWhen you register\, please be sure to fill out your most recent contact information as the book will be shipped directly to your home. DESCRIPTION:Registration for this event is required on Eventbrite.\n\n\nFoster\, adoptive\, guardianship\, kinship\, and reunified caregivers\, join the Wisconsin Family Connections Center to connect\, learn\, and share at Green Oasis Garden Center in Chippewa Falls on Wednesday\, June 17th at 4:30pm for a pressed flower frame workshop! All materials to create your project will be provided. The workshop will take approximately 1.5 hours.  \nContact Madeline at mcurry@cclse.org with any questions. \nPlease note: This is an adult only event\, and no childcare will be available on site. Please make arrangements accordingly. A $25 childcare reimbursement is available\, one per family\, for folks who must secure childcare in order to attend\, if not already covered by another funding source. \nCancellations for events must be made at least 72 hours in advance. If 3 or more late cancellations or no-shows occur within a six-month period\, the household’s event registrations in the following six months will default to a waitlist. \n \nThis event is limited to Wisconsin residents impacted by adoption or out-of-home care and their immediate household.

DESCRIPTION:Registration for this event is required on Eventbrite.\n\n\nWiFCC families and individuals–we would love for you to spend an evening at the Rock Sports Center for a Milkmen Baseball game! \nThe Milkmen play baseball for the American Association of Professional Baseball league\, located in Franklin\, Wisconsin. Enjoy fresh air\, free parking\, great food\, and entertainment–all entertainment is family friendly! \nEach registration comes with a ticket\, a Milkmen merch item\, pizza\, and a drink. Gates open at 5:35 and the game starts at 6:35 pm. Please check-in at the WiFCC table located at the entrance from 5:45pm-6:35pm.
